These Terms govern access to and use of atypicartstudio.com and related services operated by Atypic Art Studio. By using the site, purchasing products, or booking services/workshops, the visitor (“user,” “you”) agrees to these Terms. If there is disagreement, stop using the site.

Terms may be updated at any time. The “Effective date” shows the latest version. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new Terms.

Users must be at least 13 years old (or the age required by local law). For workshops with age limits, the listed age rule applies. Parents/guardians are responsible for minors attending.

The site showcases original artworks, commissions, custom frames, merchandise, and workshop offerings (“Services/Products”). Availability, specifications, images, pricing, and lead times are subject to change without notice. Colors may vary due to screen differences.

Prices are listed in [currency]. Taxes, shipping, duties, and payment gateway fees may apply. An order is accepted only after written confirmation or payment confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order (including for suspected fraud or error).
For commissions/custom pieces, a non‑refundable advance of [50%] is required to start work; balance is due before dispatch or on delivery as agreed.

Shipping methods, charges, and estimated timelines are shown at checkout or shared over email/WhatsApp. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier if shipped, or upon handover in case of pickup. Inspect packages on delivery and notify us of visible damage within 48 hours.

Ready artworks and merchandise: returns accepted within [14] days in original condition; shipping is non‑refundable; return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Commissions/custom pieces: non‑returnable and non‑refundable after work begins.

To request a return or refund, contact [email/WhatsApp] with order details and photos (if applicable). Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [7–14] business days after receipt and inspection.

Booking confirms a seat for the named session; seats are limited.
Reschedule: allowed up to hours before the session subject to availability; otherwise the seat may be forfeited.
Cancellations by user: refunds per event listing; ticketing fees are non‑refundable.
Cancellations by us: a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
Safety: follow studio instructions and safety guidelines; participation is at the attendee’s own risk. We may remove any attendee for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.
Photography: by attending, you consent to non‑identifying photos/videos for portfolio and social media unless you opt out at check‑in or by email before the event.

All content (artworks, images, videos, logos, text, layout) is owned by the Studio or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.
Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright; it grants ownership of the physical item only. Any commercial use, reproduction, or licensing requires written consent.

If users send ideas, references, photos, reviews, or messages, they grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use that content to provide the requested service (e.g., custom artworks) and for routine business operations.
Do not upload unlawful, offensive, infringing, or harmful content; do not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse payment systems, or scrape data. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

The site may link to external sites (e.g., payment gateways, social platforms). Those are governed by their own policies; we are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk.

Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy available on the site. By using the site, you consent to the processing described there.

Briefing and approvals: the user confirms references, palette, size, and text (if any). Once approved, changes may incur additional fees.
Work‑in‑progress previews may differ from final results due to artistic process and materials. Minor variations are not defects.
Timelines: estimated; delays can occur due to materials, curing, or shipping constraints.

Handmade pieces may show natural variations in texture, color, and dimensions. Epoxy resin or varnish finishes require curing time; minor micro‑bubbles or sheen variations are normal.

Products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, reputation, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product/service giving rise to the claim.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Studio, its owners, and team from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from user breach of these Terms or misuse of the site/services.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, supply chain disruptions, strikes, or government actions.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.

Notices may be sent via email, website updates, or messaging apps used by the Studio. By contacting us via WhatsApp or similar platforms, the user consents to receiving replies through those channels.
